First — We begin all Technical Support by email. For our type of product technical support, email is faster and more efficient than using the phone. If you do want to talk to us, please call and leave a message — we will call you back, but
email is usually the fastest way to reach us.

Except for certain vacation periods you can usually expect to hear from us quickly.

When emailing try to be specific as possible. Please mention your plugin version, application version and platform
( e.g., QuarkXPress 7.1 Mac OS X ), what you were trying to accomplish, any error messages, etc.
