Press Release
Concord, MA, December 15, 2000 – North Atlantic Publishing Systems today announced plans to exhibit the latest version of NPS 2000, its premier workflow management solution, at BookTech East 2001, Booth # 1116, to be held at the Hilton New York Hotel & Towers from February 12-13, 2001.
North Atlantic will also be publicly discussing, for the first time, an upcoming XML generation module scheduled for release in the second quarter of 2001. This XML generation module represents a major milestone in the evolution of NPS 2000 and promises to streamline production in the cross-media publishing arena.
"Foremost in the minds of many of our customers is the need to evolve their publishing processes to accommodate both print and digital publishing," said Peter Baumgartner, President of North Atlantic. "Our latest development efforts with NPS 2000 are geared toward helping our customers bridge the gap as efficiently as possible without requiring that users dramatically change their working habits or abandon favorite applications."
